There's a huge difference between the two concepts.
One means "it's too soon after a major natural disaster to show two criminal organizations causing massive destruction to a big city, so we'll air this episode later, okay guys?" The other means "this episode isn't airing at all."

When a huge Team Rocket fan is telling you "clarm down, they'll air it when it's not so Too Soon," and being the only one in the thread with any composure, you'd think you should listen, but I guess not.
