Exactly. When I write Diamondshipping fic, he's based heavily off HRG. The loving father who can also be very ruthless.

Sounds like those are some very interesting fics.
With that recent interview with that anime writer who said that Ash's father is a great trainer, Diamondshipping is looking more and more possible.

Wow, that is a nice collection.
I ended up reading the Sebastian trilogy (which is very good, if I may say so), the Valentines Diamondshippy fic, and the Holiday fic.

I think I may read through the rest of your recent fics, you have a real knack for adding layers to the characters and their relationships, it makes reading the fics very enjoyable.
