Anyhow, I really love this. Like Matt said at Serebii forums, you put a lot of characterization in her that the anime didn't. Love her obsession with everything neat and perfect and also how she loves to intimidate everyone.It's also given that she would have records of everyone. SHE KNOWS IT ALL.
One other thing I love about this is the writing style here. The way you wrote this fits the secretary well.
Overall, love this! :D You should totally write more one shots of the secretary or any of the other Rockets that didn't have much screentime in the games/anime/manga!
