Yes, I'm finally posting.
Apr. 23rd, 2008 11:15 amYes. I was going to post this this morning Monday afternoon, but Lisa sent me that hilarious AMV thing and I had to post it. Offkilter06 and I were chatting on the SOVA forum and started a huge philosophical discussion about Giovanni and Diamondshipping so I didn't end up finishing the post
The weekend was okay, I guess. I know you guys are going to demand pics, and who am I to deny that? Here's all the pics of me from Prom.
Overall, I wasn't too surprised by my third (!) experience. They played... pretty much the same crap they played at Senior prom. And the same food, and same mints, and everything. Come on, you guys. You've disappointed this Roncalli alum, you have.
Before that, I watched Raikou Special. It was good, but for some reason, I was underwhelmed. With the exception of Buson and Sebastian, the heroes had more personality than the villains. And Bashou didn't seem all that evil, which I kinda liked. Just like he was doing his job without much thought. Sorta like Nekou.
I was also disappointed that Sebastian only had three lines. Although
evilazurill is right- Eric's a much better Sebastian. I watched Gyarados after that, because I could. I'm posting all my new shots on Bulbagarden at the Professor Sebastian Fan Club, because that thread really needs reviving. Also, is it just me, or does Sebastian get cooler EVERY TIME I watch anything involving him? I mean, on the chat, and when I talk to Lisa, I always just hear "he's really creepy". And well, he is kinda creepy at times. But at the same time, especially in LoT when he's kinda crazy, he's just plain adorable, especially when he smiles. I mean James adorable here. And not only that, he's incredible. I never noticed until last weekend how he called the evolution ray thing his "beautiful invention". That in my opinion sums him up perfectly, someone whose only love is their research and science and who's closed themselves off to anything else (well, except Giovanni, depending on which of my fan fiction you're reading, and even how open Sebastian is to him is debatable there). That's more or less the perfect example of a Gothic character, and I think I'm getting closer to really figuring out why I love him so much. And I'll stop ranting now about nonexistent guys I have big time crushes on.
Oh, and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 is good. If you liked the first MD, buy this one, it's not only as good as the original, it's BETTER. Although I found it odd the second mission is to rescue an Azurill. All I could think was, "Stacey! What have I told you about trusting Drowzee?" (sorry about that, Azu. But it's the truth. You really must stop trusting Drowzee.)
