Alright.... so do characters from excessively obscure manga count. Because if so, I want to claim the insanely hot teenage Giovanni from the end of Kagemaru Himeno's Pokemon Card comic. Not the one from the anime, the teenage one. And only that one. Otherwise, put me down for Jirarudan! (from the second Pokemon movie)

2. He's quite hot.
3. He has a kitty.
Jirarudan (if option one is not possible)
1. He's the ultimate bishie
2. He's rather cultured
3. He has good taste in Pokemon.
