I don't know how to feel about the Meowth thing.
I'm angry because I feel betrayed as a Meowth fan and a Team Rocket fan and IDGAF if I'm "taking things too seriously", you would too if they were the only things keeping you going while you were facing bullying in school growing up.
Meowth should not be caught. And Team Rocket shouldn't throw him out. They might be more "serious" now but they can still be friends with him and to have them not care he's gone, to have him no longer be their bro, to have any of what's apparently happening in 43... happen...
It's not okay. This is not the Team Rocket that taught me the things I didn't learn in school, about how even when things look their worst, you can always try again, about how even when you're an outcast you can always feel like you belong somewhere, and how it was okay to be a girl, but still stick up for myself and those I care about. It's not the Team Rocket I grew up with.
I'm going to fucking cry if this is permanent. And it saddens me that so much of the fandom is apparently okay with this.
(Don't get me started on how it'll take Meowth out of the picture and how that's good for Rocketshipping. Because it's not. Meowth has kept those two together, and if they just happily cast a close friend like that aside, that doesn't say much for how true they are to each other. Don't even get me started.)

So sometimes when I'm too cheap to buy Jewels on Poupeegirl, I fill out the Offerpal surveys IC.
Back when the Rock Girl event was going on, I earned Jewels to buy one of those awesome dresses by filling out a shitload of surveys as Giovanni.
The fruits of those surveys finally came in the mail today.
The results?
- A coupon for Adam and Eve, a porn/sex toys catalog.
-A National Rifle Association membership offer with the promise of a free duffel bag
- And an offer from The Weekly Standard, a far-right conservative news magazine.
Yeah, that all sounds about right.
I think I will keep doing this now, the fourth wall breaking that results is incredibly lulzy. I have no idea where I'm going to keep Giovanni's mail but hell if I throw it away.

1. News story is posted. If OP is Big Lutz or Edrear Warlock proceed to step 3.
2. Civil discussion of news story.
3. Lutz or Edrear posts a news link from either Washington Post, National Standard, The Blaze, Newsmax, Fox News, or Hot Air, full of faulty reporting and make fail comments full of hyperbole and strawmen arguments
4. Other users point out holes in BL and/or EW's post(s).
5. BL and/or EW proceed to get asspained and point out "hypocrisy" in the other users' comments, ignoring the hypocrisy and misinformation in their own posts even when it is clearly drawn to their attention
6. Repeat 3-5 as necessary until parties are sick of BL and/or EW's circular reasoning and abandon thread so that BL and/or EW's post remains the most recent one in that thread.
7. Repeat steps 1-6 or alternately 3-6 for any other news threads.

It is glorious and black and gothic and full of old-school delight.
It has raschel lace. Raschel lace that actually looks glorious on the dress and not even ita at all.

I did cut off the shoulder lace and waist ties though, because that was just awkward. But seriously yeah it uses raschel but it doesn't look like shit at all in person.

Unfortunately, I posted in 21's comments accidentally, which were a secret about someone with mental illness.
I apologize to anyone I may have offended and I'm mortified by this slip-up. I didn't notice it until this morning, and my heart sank when I realized what I'd done. Anyone who knows me knows I'm a strong advocate for those with mental illness. I deal with it on a daily basis, as well as my fiance.
I understand any anger directed at me, and again, I apologize sincerely.
Unfortunately, I posted in 21's comments accidentally, which were a secret about someone with mental illness.

okay I know, Moff's Law and stuff, but seriously? It's humor. Clawdeen's message isn't "girls, you have to shave to be beautiful", it's a joke because werewolves are furry and it's poking fun at that. This looks like one annoying author trying to sell her book, and if she actually took the time to see that the whole message of the line is to love yourself for who you are and accept others for their differences.
Australia annoys the shit out of me sometimes.
